V-a cyber-criminal?

this is for everyone who has classified this script as a "cyber-crime".

The Indian constitution guarantees freedom of speech to every citizen and there have been landmark cases in the Indian Supreme Court that have affirmed the nation's policy of allowing free press and freedom of expression to every citizen.The freedoms are comparable to those in the United States and Western European democracies. Article 19 of the Indian constitution states that:

All citizens shall have the right —

1. to freedom of speech and expression;
2. to assemble peaceably and without arms;
3. to form associations or unions;
4. to move freely throughout the territory of India;
5. to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India; and
6. to practice any profession, or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.

These rights are limited so as not to effect:

* The integrity of India
* The security of the State
* Friendly relations with foreign States
* Public order
* Decency or morality
* Contempt of court
* Defamation or incitement to an offence

However, Indian citizens cannot criticize supreme court judgments (although we are given the right to challenge the courts decision under legal process).

like it says,what i write here does not affect the integrity of India,the security of the state,friendly relation with foreign states,public order,DECENCY OR MORALITY,contempt of court,defamation or incitement to an offence.

i put decency and morality in caps coz this mite be the point of doubt.i have stated at a lot of places in the forum that this has no intention to hurt,offend or insult someone.and everything is true.(students and faculty will testify.(if you ask them in the absence of ED2,or promise them that you wont tell that they said so to ED2) :).
i have not aimed at a defamation to any personals,and i have stated nothing but the truth about everybody and everyone.

in short,i am just exercising my right,thank you very much.

so,when the "cyber-crime branch" checks through my script to charge me with anything,i think,with me meager knowledge about proceedings,i think i am innocent.and as far as i know,as long as im not inspiring and instilling for a violence,or,inducing communal hatred,or posting pornographic pictures or comments insulting any individual,i am morally and legally,doing nothing wrong.like i said,just expressing my feelings in a harmless non violent way.and i have always used decent language.

and,again,i assure you that no script or information in this forum is fabricated.everything and every incidents narrated is the absolute truth.


now that this is a controversy,i have heard that ED2 was asking students if they would do this to their family.i want to make something clear here.IM NOT WAGING A WAR AGAINST THE COLLEGE.i am just pointing out some things and saying out thing that other people fear to say out.like i said,some truths that are a little bit "inconvenient" for some people.
and to parent who have any doubt about the credibility of the material in the forum,im informing you that a number of faculty,with the vast number of students, has testified and sent me mails appreciating me and wishing me success in my endeavour,and completely agreeing with my views.i dont think i would have to say more.
and i would also like to ask you to "obey all the rules of the college".:)
just get your reciepts when they take money from you for being a minute late to college,or you missed a period answering nature`s call.

again,i would like to say that i have no intention to insult,intimidate or defame anyone or the institutions.




if you have felt that any of the information given here are not the reality,i am more than happy to correct them.like everyone,i am open to critisism.after all,a good critic is someone who is sportive enuf to understand when he is put under the microscope.V hasnt had any intention in offending or hurting anyone.that would just make me a hypocrat,and what right would i have to criticize the people hu im criticizing.so if you think that im some misguided individual going around saying things ,in "ED2`s words, "total lies",its left to your judgement.
